Wholesale

We welcome wholesale customers and our products will do very well in the following retail store types:

Wholesale Membership:

To view our wholesale prices, you must register as a wholesale member and supply your company information and sales tax ID#.  You can REGISTER HERE and select "Wholesale" in the "Sign up for membership" drop down box.

We will activate your membership within 24 hours. Once your membership is active, you will have access to our wholesale prices by logging into your account.

Minimum Order:

Our minimum opening wholesale order is $200.00 CAD. Subsequent re-order minimum is $100.00.  If a wholesale order has been placed without reaching these minimums, we will contact the customer to either increase the order size to the minimum or cancel the order.

Order Processing Time:

We print to order and will typically begin printing and assembling your odder within 24-28 hours.  We are committed to having your order shipped out within 5 business days.  If your order will be delayed beyond that due to backorders of supplies, we will contact you. 

Transit Time:

Most orders within Canada and the USA can be delivered within 1 week or less from the ship date. If you factor in the order processing time, please allow 2 weeks from the date you placed the order till the time you will receive it.  Of course in peak seasons this order processing time will increase and you will want to allow 3 weeks.

If you are an international customer, please add 2 extra weeks for processing and deliver.  We will always aim for faster but be aware that due to distance and customs delays, orders could take 4-6 weeks to arrive.  Also, please consult your local tax authorities to determine the fees you will be charged for importing goods into your country.  All of our products are printed and assembled in Canada.

Canadian customers:

Please note that Mystic Pacific is GST registered and must charge 5% GST on all Canadian orders.
